Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Sweden, located within the European Union. For business customers within the EU, there are no additional VAT charges or import duties applied upon delivery — ensuring a seamless, tax-transparent experience across EU member states.

For deliveries to Switzerland and Norway, local VAT and customs duties will apply according to national regulations. These charges are not included in the product prices shown on the website, but will be calculated and added at checkout or invoicing. However, JTI takes full responsibility for paying these import-related fees, so you will not receive any unexpected charges or import invoices upon delivery. This ensures a hassle-free import process, with all costs settled in advance.

The standard delivery timeframe is 1–4 weeks, depending on destination, order volume, and carrier capacity. During peak periods or public holidays, delivery times may be extended, but JTI prioritizes efficient handling to ensure minimal disruption.
