Review your Sleep Profile, a report analyzing your sleep patterns and trends over the past 30 days, and receive personalized guidance for better rest. You can also set the screen to stay dark at night and set a vibrating alarm to gently wake you at an optimal sleep stage.

Sleep Profile (Premium)

Improving your sleep is easier when you know your sleep profile. Discover if you are a deep-sleeping bear, a slow-to-sleep turtle, or one of our other Sleep Animals, and learn which habits best support your profile.

Sleep Stages and Sleep Score

Your personal Sleep Score reveals how well you slept. With Premium, you can see detailed information on how long you spent in light, deep, and REM stages and how it affected your rest.

Detect Sounds and Snoring (Premium)

Sense 2 uses the built-in microphone to record snoring and other nighttime sounds, helping you understand if certain noises impact your sleep.

Smart Wake

Wake up feeling refreshed with the Smart Wake alarm feature, which wakes you during the most optimal sleep stage within 30 minutes before your set time. You can also set alarms for specific times.

Sleep Mode

Sleep Mode prevents the watch from waking you. It silences mobile notifications and keeps the screen dark during the night. Set a schedule for Sleep Mode directly on the watch for automatic activation.
