Returns Policy

JTI does not accept returns unless expressly authorized in writing.

As this is a B2B platform, purchases are considered final upon order confirmation. We do not offer a general right of return or cancellation, and no returns will be accepted due to overstock, unsold inventory, customer error, or change of mind.

In the rare case that a return is approved, the following conditions apply:

• The product must be in unused, original condition with intact packaging

• All return shipments must be made at the customer’s expense, unless otherwise agreed

• A restocking fee of up to 25% may be applied

• JTI reserves the right to assess any reduction in product value due to handling, use, or missing components and deduct such amounts from any applicable refund or credit

Returns sent without prior written approval will be refused and returned at the customer’s cost.

This approach helps ensure operational efficiency and aligns with our commitment to minimizing unnecessary shipping and waste in our supply chain.
