Belladot Evelina menstrual cup is a menstrual cover that is both environmentally friendly and economical compared to others, because you use the menstrual cup over and over again

You can safely use Belladot Evelina when you sleep, exercise, swim or travel. The menstrual cup has the capacity to hold more liquid than tampons, which reduces your toilet visits and gives a freer feeling.
Belladot Evelina is made of safe silicone and is soft and easy to use< br /> At the end of the menstrual cup there is a protruding part, which you pull when the cup comes out. Should it feel too long, you simply cut it to the desired length. Evelina is easy to clean/disinfect. Boil the menstrual cup in plain water for 5-7 minutes or use Belladot Cleansing gel, before the first insertion in each period.
Tip: It may take a few times to get comfortable with the insertion. We therefore recommend a panty cover as "safety protection", until you have trained yourself to get the menstrual cup correctly in place.

Size guide:
Small & Medium for light to moderate amount. Usually before children or if you are under 30 years old. 25 ml.
Large & Plus for moderate to abundant amount. Usually after children or if you are over 30 years old. 30 ml.
Please note that the amount of menstrual fluid is normally only 60 ml during an entire period.
