Cook like in a restaurant, but at home!

The sous vide method has long been used in restaurant kitchens and today there are sous vide cookers that are becoming increasingly popular and perfect for the home kitchen. 
Sous vide is a cooking method that cooks the raw material vacuum packed to preserve nutrition, minerals and flavor. Immersion Sous Vide Pro+ is a circulator that gives perfect results for meat, fish and vegetables.

Immersion Sous Vide Pro+ rotates the water for a more precise and constant temperature and cooking.
The product includes a rack and plastic balls. The plastic balls create a floating cover to maintain even water temperature and reduce evaporation. The rack, in turn, improves water circulation around the raw material and has room for up to 4 vacuum-packed portions.

For safer use and protection of built-in electronics, the Immersion Sous Vide Pro + is IPX certified which means it is water and splash resistant.

You can choose a temperature between 25-90°C and set a timer of up to 72 hours. Cook up to 2kg of meat and feel safe with automatic shut-off. 

We recommend using it together with our vacuum packers.
