With Emerio Sous Vide it is easier than ever to cook meat, fish or vegetables at home with perfect results

Emerio Sous Vide cooks with a high accuracy in temperature which gives a tender and evenly cooked meat. At the same time, juiciness, taste and color are retained in the food. The raw material is advantageously packed in an Emerio vacuum packer, then submerge the vacuum-packed raw material in the Sous Vide tempered water bath and take advantage of the time to prepare other ingredients for the meal.

If a frying surface is desired, fry or grill the sous vide meat quickly on a very high heat before serving. The set water temperature is reached quickly thanks to the starting heating element. Raw materials that are very suitable for Sous Vide include meat from beef, poultry, pig and game. But also vegetables such as asparagus and root vegetables such as potatoes are fantastic as the taste is perfectly preserved.
A number of recommended cooking times and temperatures are indicated in the accompanying manual.
