? A wake-up program:
Sunrise alarm clock (30 min): 30 minutes before you wake up, blue shades gradually begin to turn into lighter tones while soothing music helps you wake up calmly and on time. The blue light used in this program helps block the secretion of the sleep hormone melatonin and wakes you up naturally.

? Two sleep programs that both use a special red light (the only color that does not block the secretion of melatonin):
1. Cardiac coherence mode (15 min)
This program combines red light and breathing exercises to help you relax and fall asleep faster. By adjusting your breathing to the rhythm of the light, you move to a rate of 6 breaths per minute, dispersing your thoughts and having a positive effect on your heart rate. You will calm down within a couple of minutes and transition naturally from wakefulness to sleep.

ALOHA switches off automatically after 15 minutes when the program ends.
