The Nedis Smart Zigbee carbon monoxide detector is a compact and wall-mounted carbon monoxide (CO) detector, increasing your safety. The high sensitivity of the sensor allows it to detect the smallest amount of carbon monoxide (CO) and ensure that you are warned in time of increased concentrations of carbon monoxide with a loud alarm of 85 dB.
In addition, you will receive a message on the phone. In this way, you will receive information if you do not hear the alarm, for example if you are outside the home.
It can also be connected to other Nedis SmartLife products. This way, you can turn on all smart lights automatically in the event of an alarm.
It requires you to have the Nedis Zigbee Gateway (WIFIZBxxx) and the free Nedis SmartLife app.

About carbon monoxide gas
The result is that you get protection and can feel safe when you and your family is at home and when you sleep. Carbon monoxide is a deadly, odorless and invisible gas, making it impossible to detect without a detector. This dangerous gas develops during incomplete combustion and can occur in boilers, heat pumps or chimneys. It meets the necessary EU standard EN 50291.

The detector has a test button for periodic checks, a mute button to silence the alarm for five minutes when the situation is under control, a low battery warning (after about three years ), as well as an end-of-life warning (after about 10 years) both visually with LEDs on the detector and in the Nedis SmartLife app.
The detector is battery powered and comes with screws and connectors so you can easily place it wherever you want have maximum security, whether it is your children's bedroom, the attic or the kitchen.

Important: this product contains very sensitive components. Always ensure that the product is stored or used in working environments between -10 and 50 °C.
